Long-distance train rides define the lives of many Russians. We took a train this weekend out to Vladimir and Suzdal and shared a compartment with a gentlemen who was taking the train 60 hours to Krasnoyarsk. One of the pleasures on the train: the samovar. The Russians believe it critical to have access to hot water at all hours, so therefor every train car is equipped with this little baby, who will make your dreams come true and scald your crotch (at the same time).
